If you want lots of game-changing complex mods then you will need Nexus and their modding utilities. SKSE64 is on the way, by the way needed for some of those complex mods.

I'm sure Nexus is great but I can't be bothered when the in game mod manager works fine. NeXuS always nexus, more content better support, and freedom from Beth-chains.
