Disk 1 which is where WIndows is installed looks correct. Disk0 which is apparently your data drive is not correct until it's marked Inactive. The Active flag is only meant to point to the partition which is booting Windows or bootable media. Disk2 is also problematic because a Dynamic Disk should only be used if it's bridging two or more separate hard drives into one drive.
You'd need to move the data off to use any other method. As to where the space is being used on C I would use one of the tools I gave to analyze this. I would not move program files or speed will be affected. This should make enough space to install Windows Updates.
